Refund Policy

• Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of the personalized nature of our services, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than <24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. The appointment fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another appointment. Emergencies or special circumstances will be taken into consideration on a case by case basis. While every effort will be made to accommodate unexpected situations, refunds or rescheduling are not guaranteed.

• By booking and purchasing an appointment with Bra Fit by Jennifer, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice are considered a no-show and forfeit their full payment. 

• If technical issues on our end prevent the consultation from taking place, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.

• If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to complete your consultation.
